New Year Concert @Europarque

SYNOPSIS:

Embark on an enchanting journey through the picturesque Austrian and Portuguese lands in this iconic concert, where vocalist Tatanka, from the renowned band The Black Mamba, will enrich our experience by offering us four unforgettable songs. In this special New Year’s concert, Tatanka will join the sublime Portuguese Philharmonic Orchestra to create a unique atmosphere.

Immersed in a festive and joyful atmosphere, this concert promises to be the auspicious prelude to the year 2024. Also come and witness interpretations of the traditional Waltzes and Polkas of Johann Strauss II (1825-1899), including the fun “Tritsch-Tratsch-Polka “, the graceful “Pizzicato-Polka”, the majestic “Kaiser-Walzer” (Emperor’s Waltz), and the melodic “An der schönen blauen Donau” (Blue Danube). All works will be performed by the Portuguese Philharmonic Orchestra, under the skillful direction of maestro Osvaldo Ferreira.
